Description
The Crown City x 27 development is an approximately 26 000 m2 multiple use development consisting out of a mixture of residential, commercial and entertainment units. The building is a 7 storey building in a square shaped structure with a 4 storey central entertainment area including a suspended half Olympic size indoor swimming pool as part of the gymnasium. The development contained significant challenges with changing floor layouts at various levels, necessitating multiple transfer structures across the building to achieve the required architectural design.
