Description
Xtentia was appointed as structural engineers to design two new multi-use structures, each consisting of double-storey warehouse and commercial space totaling approximately 3 000 m2. The structures were designed utilizing a combination of steel, pre-stressed concrete, and timber.
One of the warehouses is required to bridge across an existing line of 40 ft container units, where the roof structure is utilized as a transfer structure to support the suspended floor above the containers.
