Description
The Ariana development consists out of three blocks of high-end multi residential units of four storeys each. The structure was designed as a concrete structure with the blocks all sharing a common basement with transfer structures to deal with column offsets between basement and ground floor. The basement was designed with ramps at strategic positions to optimize the earthworks cost according to the topography of the site.
Challenges included work in a very confined site, which necessitated a careful consideration of how the earthworks and subsequent construction needed to be carried out.
